Following my posting of a complaint about service at Tableview branch that was reported directly to Primi Piatti Head Office I did not receive a response. After putting this complaint on Hellopeter.com, the Primi Piatti response was that the incident was discussed and resolved and this is NOT true.
I have still not received a response to my email about the Tableview complaint and am appalled by the incorrect information posted by Primi Piatti.
As an expert in this industry, this is NOT how to deal with this issue and using this event as an example for my hospitality students, Primi Piatti is not coming out very favourably.
It does not look good for a company to say that the issue is resolved when a response was not received.
If this is how you choose to placate your clients, you have much work to do to turn your shocking service around - this is also bad service!
