I went with a friend to Primi Piatti for lunch. My friend frequents there every week and I go there at least twice a month. This is the 1st time I have been so di appointed with the service and managements attitiude. I ordered a burger and when I was almot done eating the burger, I noticed a hair in the buger. I called the manager with the tattoos and he was very appologetic and took it back to the kitchen. Shorly after the managera lady came out and tells me it was an onion and not a hair. They never brought back the plate as it left the table. I was disgusted and so was my friend. I work as a chef and I know what is a hair and what is an onion. I paid for the meal and left very upset from the way the matter was handled. I will never put my foot back in any Primi RESTAURANTS AND NEITHER WILL MY FRIEND. It is good business practice not to argue with the customer and the way I was taught was that the customer is always right. She has a cheek to tell me it is all on camera as if I put the hair in the burger. It would have cost them about R10 tops to replace that small burger, instead she let me leave unhappy. An unhappy customer tells 10. The 10 each tell 10 that is 100 people etc.
