I have been a regular patron of Primi Piatti in the Waterfront for a few years now and as a result I (and some of my friends) have a loyalty card. On one occasion the balance on a friend's loyaty card was incorrect and Andrew (the Manager) saw to the problem immediately and gave my friend a new card with R30.00 added onto to it for free.
He is the perfect manager of a restaurant, friendly and helpful and his staff are also very pleasant to deal with. I always enjoy going to Primi Piatti in the Waterfront and I encourage my friends to do the same. Keep up the good work Andrew!
