I took my family of four to the Dros Centurion for lunch. Three of us ordered the Lamb Shank and the fourth member of my family ordered the Calamari Main. I have never eaten such stale food before. The Lamb Shank was dry and covered in sauce as if to camouflage the dry over cooked meat! Furthermore when tasting the meat on the inside close to the bone it was still frozen!!! Clearly evident that we were served left overs which were actually frozen and reheated. The calamari tasted like rubber and as if it was kept in a deep freezer for over a year! I cant believe a reputable brand such as Dros could serve such stale terrible food. When I called the manager he came and inspected the food but seemed very uninterested, not a single apology and he just said he would take it back to the kitchen! This is pathetic hospitality and sub-standard service. I have dined at the Dros Greenstone branch many times and the meals are ALWAYS prepared to perfection. Will never embarrass myself by taking my family to Dros Centurion again!
