On Sunday 14 March at around 10H30 my wife, kids an I decided to grab some breakfast at Panarottis Potchefstroom. After being seated I try to get a waiter`s attention for our order. I ordered 4 special breakfasts and 3 milkshakes, the milkshakes were served 5 minutes later.
After 40 minutes I asked another waiter to find out what happened to our breakfasts. After 45 minutes I was fed up and told the manager I couldn't wait any longer.
Her excuse was that "maybe" the waiter forgot to put in the order, or "maybe" the kitchen did not made the order. I paid for the 3 milkshakes and left.
If they were busy I would have understand, but there were about 10 people in the place.
Utterly disgusted!!
