My boyfriend and I often go to the Zack's at Wilson Wharf, but I doubt we will be going there again anytime soon. On 13 January, we went to Zack's at -6:00pm. We sat down, at a table that needed to be wiped. After 5 minutes of waiting somebody finally came to clean the table. No hello, no assistance, not even a menu and he walked away. We waited still. A group of 4 walked passed, before they could even sit down the waitress was there to give them menus and take orders. A few more minutes a couple at a table next to us sat down and again the waitress was there to give them menus. We woke up went to the manager who was tucked away in a corner. We expressed out dissatisfaction and all we got as a response was that he was sorry.
Your restaurant is based on a prime spot, people may visit your establishment for that reason. However if your service and food is not improved on, you will fail.
