This is NOT the first time... Always at the Craighall Jan Smuts branch later in the evening they run out of stock so they say! There is no ways at 22h00 when they advertise to close at 23h00 that one can be told - "sorry we only have two burgers left"... Previously Ive been told - "sorry no thighs or drum sticks, just breats and wings left"... I refused to leave last night and they agreed to cook more breasts for burgers - rather lethargically 15/20 min later I got my 4 burgers we ordered! Surely if the menu advertises such you need stock and sell such until closing time, and cannot just cut back availaibility of certain products because its nearly closing time? Lastly the enthusiasm and smile factor at this branch is well below par...
