I yesterday went to KFC in Protea Gen new mall. Ordered 2 X streetwise 1 meals with cold drink. They served us (my colleague and I) hot cold drinks. As I was sitting down I noticed both our cold drinks were hot... as in HOT. I went to the cashiers and asked for ice... they said they don't have ice and were not even apologetic about the fact that they served us hot cold drinks. No customer service etiquette at all. If this was for free ya, but we paid for the food...*rolling eyes*
