This will be the second report for the same company, last time my order was wrong and I lost out on a packet of chips, I was promised free delivery. I tried to place an order last night 21 April 2013, when I requested my free delivery I was told there was no notes on the system and they could no give me free delivery.
As it was getting late and we were hungry I told them it was fine and would enquire about the free delivery tomorrow.
Our food arrived on time but not at all acceptable, My burger was upside down and all in a mess the source had split all over the packet and had got onto all the other food and on top of everything the food was cold.
We tried to call to complain about this but as it was after 9 no one answered the phone
This has been the second time in a row we have received bad service and it is unacceptable, why is it so hard to get an order right, on time and hot?
Very very disappointing, will think twice next time about using your services
