What on earth is happening to you people?!?! Once an institution for family food, it has now degraded to a half-arsed, don't give a about anything farce.
KFC Panorama is the main culprit here. Multiple times, myself, my friends and family have turned to KFC Panorama to provide a meal worthy of the name Kentucky Fried Chicken. After the regular 15 minute wait for freakin CHICKEN! you are almost guaranteed that the order is not provided as ordered or paid for.
1. Streetwise meals with no chips.
2. Overcooked chicken (dry and tasteless)
3. Staff so underwhelmingly enthusiastic and uninterested, especially when returning to query their mistakes with your order.
Working late on a monday evening, I decided to visit KFC in Lynwood Road. I ordered a Streetwise 3 piece along with other food items. What I got were the 3 smallest, most overcooked and chalky chicken I have ever had the misfortune of eating. (I couldn't even eat it).
I had taken a photo of the "Compliments Complaints" board in the KFC Panorama following a previous incident, but chose to not make use of the contact details.
