Me and 9 of my friends went to primi for supper last night, we were totally shocked at the terrible service they gave us, the waiters attitudes was bad really bad at one stage one of our friends actually said to them are you not supposed to do this and not supposed to do that. Firstly im not sure if its because it was a big table that they got the orders so messed up, not only did they mess the orders up but 2 people at the table only got their food when all 8 of us were done eating, which is bad, i really dont expect this kind of service from primi piatti. Instead of giving my partner a full portion of the pasta he ordered, after waiting so long for his food they still got the order wrong and gave him a light portion and this was the manager that got it wrong for the second time.
The staff has really bad attitude problems, they should treat their customers with respect at all times, not be moody. They gave someone at our table the wrong pizza and he didnt know because it was the first time having pizza at primi. This is really bad because one complaint i would understand, but almost all 10 of us at the same table had an issue.
