Panarottis Pizza Pasta
Panarottis where the customer does NOT come first

To Whom it may concern,

Sat06th April we ate dinner at Panarottis. Being a family of 5 we decided to order the Monster pizza for the family & asked the waiter how many combinations could we have from the classic pizza menu. He said we could choose 2. HAving kids make them not always wanting to eat what you want. So we thought this was a great idea.
This complaint is not about R10 that will break the bank BUT the principle.
When it came time to pay we were charged R139.99 and not R129.99 as indicated on menu:
Classic R129.99 and Gourmet R139.99
No where does it indicate that there is an extra charge when ordering 2 choices on the pizza at all.
We called the attendant who referred us to the manager on duty.
All he could say was - Sorry. And explained that if you order 2 diff flavours on one classic monsterito, you will be charge the Gourmet price. Also, should you order 2 gourmet flavours on the gourmet monsterito, you will be charge R139.99 So we asked him how there can be NO extra charge for the gourmet if you choose 2 flavours, but a R10 extra charge for the classic? It does not make sense. He said the waiter was supposed to tell us. We left unhappy & suggest you correct menu
