We order from the Weltevreden Park branch regularly. Our usual weakness is the chicken double stack. Tonight I ordered the original veggie. Both these flavours of pizza are supposed to come with spring onion on top and actually plays a critical part in the taste experience.
It is never on the pizza when ordering from this branch. My opinion is that if you are going to leave toppings that are listed on the menu off the pizza, you should either charge me less or give me another option of topping to replace it. It is wrong to charge for something that isn't there. The quality of the pizza tonight was terrible. It had so much olive on that it overpowered everything else. The entire pizza was so dry and tasteless, added to this the base was so hard it actually tasted more like left overs than of a fresh pizza I just ordered.
Its very disappointing and I do not believe that this branch is upholding the quality that you as a brand stands for.
I was also very annoyed with the girl that took my order tonight, as she put the phone down before I was finished speaking. If a client doesn't say GOOD BYE, then maybe they are still speaking to you!? It is very rude.
