Appalling Service

On the 1 April, my hubby and I, including my 14 month baby took a trip to Ushaka Marine world whilst on holiday. Famished we came across the Piatto. We placed our order for the main meal at 12:10 up until 13:30 our main meals was still not served despite quering with the waitress on 3 occassions. Eventually I requested to speak to the manager who advised she will check on it, the order eventually arrived at 13:40. After having a mouthful we realized that the food was absolutely cold, my husband called for the manager once more and advised we have lost our appetites and refuse to pay for cold food especially after waiting more than 90 mins, Candice insinuated that we were lying as she saw them take the food out the oven however the waitress tolds us more than 20 mins before the food was served that its ready however they waiting for the veggies. She also insisted we have too pay even though we barely touched the meal. We are absolutely disgusted with the service. Furthermore there were 2 white couples behind us both which received their orders even though they arived long after us... is this the service that non whites receives as I was not the only indian complaining???
