After work feel it very convenient to go home and phone in for a delivery order. Called to order at 18:45 and ordered meal for 4.
Was told that it would take about an hour as they were very busy, so we agreed. But what really me offf was that we only got our delivery at 21:00, which was not the complete order and wrong pizza and very cold and under done base. My 4 yr old daughter had fallen asleep hungry and didnt have any supper. This is NOT the first time this has happened and when we call to check on the order there are different excuses all the time, ie blaming that the driver is lost. etc. This type of service is unacceptable. Very Disappointed.
