I ordered my pizza from Debonairs in Selcourt, after an hour and half of not receiving it, i called in and asked for it, I was told that the driver forgot my order, i asked for the manager, then i spoke to a very polite and understanding lady who appologised, calmed me down and sent my order to me within the next 10 minutes, and she even put a little something extra just to show that they were in the wrong.
I was very impressed with the service i got from her and her name is Christine, i would like to say that this lady knows what customer service is all about hence she is the manager.
