Staff drinking beer/beer bottles in rive

I live in the complex next to the park near Retail shopping centre.

I have notice Wimpy employees (old woman and young man) drinking beer
in the park then throwing the bottles into the reads in the river..

There are TWO dustbin 5 meters from them..

I find this disgusting especially if they serving me food.
