Any person with a hunger for John Dory's Gateway should rethink their choice as their hunger will go unsettled and leave an unpleasant taste in their mouth..
Upon visiting the restaurant, the manager seated us with promises of being attended to shortly and took our drinks order...
after 10 minutes drinks were served, after a further 10 minutes another promise of being tended to shortly... a further 20 minutes later, drinks were finished yet still no waitron had tended to us.
Upon approaching the manager with this he merely brushes us off to the next person and says you deal with it... upon waiting in the restaurant we had observed other people seated after us that were tended to before us and their orders taken first...
All we could do was look on in disbelief and just walked out... the manager of that restaurant is lacking severely in communication skills... however the person he passed the buck onto was helpful and quickly tried to diffuse a messy situation...
one would think that such a popular restaurant would cater better services...
