On 13/02/13 we went to John Dory's Galleria with very poor service, lack of attention to tables and poor food. The store manager contacted me and invited me for a complimentary return to the restaurant. I was very hesitant as we have been to the restaurant on many other occasions with a bad experience of lack of service. We decided to give the restaurant another try on 06/03/13 and what a turnaround. The staff compliment was better and the service was hugely improved. No long wait for our food or drinks. If this is the regular service they will maintain, we will visit John Dory's again. Keep up the improvement.
