Hi! Went out for supper last night with the family around 18:00 or so. Firstly, we had a trainee waitress. So we can't really blame her. It's the kitchen staff that's probably to blame. We ordered drinks which took almost half an hour to bring. We then ordered our food which took about 45 minutes to arrive. There were 6 of us, 4 of us got our meals whilst the other 2 had to look at our faces and had to wait a further 45 minutes for their meals! The manager wasn't very helpful and to me he seemed a bit rude. My family and I will not be going there ever again!
