Poor client service and bad attitude

On 01/04/13 at 12h01, I went to buy hot wings from Chicken Licken, Dobsonville 2. The lady who took my order, was standing with her right hand on her cheek, but I just ignored it. She never greeted us, so I placed the order and paid with a debit card. She told me to go to the orther side to key in my pin code (never asked me to do that, -she told me), I ignored that too.. She gave back my card. I bought for R114.30, she mistakenly keyed in R14, 30 instead of R114.30. Then she called and she told me to give her my card because she keyed wrong amount. I told her due to her negligence, I will pay service fee twice. She told me that I will be charged R1 for service as she always pay R1 for service. I brought to her attention that I have a current account and I get charged more than R1. She told me that she will pay me service fee money and asked the amount I would like her to pay me. and I got so irritated and told her, firstly, she was standing with her hand on the cheek, she was not concerntrating and she never greeted us and her negligence will cost me and she had a nerve to be sarcastic. I demand apology from her and her Manager/Supervisor in public as she humiliated me in public.
