Disgusted in the service received on Saturday 12 October.
Went there for breakfast - service was beyond slow.
Waited almost 10 minutes for a coffee - how long can a coffee take?
Ordered breakfast special. Egg was black on the side and both plates of bacon was burned black - we contacted the manager regarding the food. He didn't say much. Said he can exchange the bacon and egg but cant replace the whole plate of food..really.. so we should eat the other items of food cold when the replacements come?!.. We also had to wait for our toast, 10min after we already received our food.
The waiter made an excuse and blamed the kitchen staff being under pressure.. which is inexcusable for such a big spur... plus it could not have been so busy when waiters has been standing around with nothing to do.
We often go the N1 City spur... and we never get bad service there. Food is always great and the service even better...

The waiter's name is Briggs.
I cant remember the manager's name.. he is a older white male.
