On Friday last week, my friend and I went to the Spur Steak Ranch. We were greeted nicely and thought we would stay. If I had known what was to happened I would have left immediately. We sat at our table and firstly waited longer than usual. We then order two coffee's, a normal filter coffee and a decaf latte. when the coffee's arrived the waiter spilt the whole entire two cups of hot coffee onto my friends lap. (luckily, she didn't't burn). The manager came and just checked if we were ok, no apology or nothing. Then we ordered toasted ham and cheese sandwiches with no tomato, and when we got the food the sandwiches were half toasted and there was tomato on them. Then with shock to us, when we wanted to pay we got charged for the coffee's that were spilt. It is shocking. we were not greeted when we left and no apology once again. Will not go back there.
