Poor service

To whom it my concern

I would like to report the bad service I received from John Dorys at Galaria Mall in Amanzimtoti.

I went for lunch with my family and as usual we went to John Dorys. We sat at the sushi bar and order our drinks. The waiter arrived and spill the glass of soda on my lap. She returned only to clean the floor and not even offered me a paper towel.
I had to open the wine bottle myself and she never offered to pour it. She did not came back to take my daughters order. I reported her to the manager on duty and I asked her for my bill (See attached)

I paid with a card and I did not offer a tip due to the poor service. As I left the restaurant I noticed on my slip that she added an R100.00 on my account when she swiped my card. I went back and complained at the manager he then confronted her and she offered to give me my R100.00 back.

I am still not satisfied with the outcome and I would like a response from John Dory
