I had complained a couple weeks ago about the bad service i had recieved from the Montecasino John dorys. I received a response to my complaint from both the manager and head office of john dorys. Both of whom where very apologetic. The manager invited us back to john dorys in order for him to rectify the situation. I was pleasantly suprised last night when we returned. The food was good, staff although not completely attentive was friendly, but the most impressive was the manager(Hans van Rooyen) coming personally to our table to apologise to me.
I would definately be returning in the future.
