We arrived at Spur and waited in a queue to be seated which is understandable as it was a public holiday and very busy. I ordered a T-Bone steak and a side salad (green). My steak arrived and shortly thereafter so did the salad. The steak was too much satisfaction but not the salad. The greens were warm and old indicated but huge brown edging, the tomatoes were also warm and the acrrots looked like they were cut the previous day. I displayed my dissatisfaction to the waiter and she said she would call her manager which i did not ask for, i was attended to by Phumzile and informed her of what the problem is. At that point i had almost finish eating my steak because i was hungry and requested that i do not be charged for the salad which was refused and i was told that i will have to pay which i duely accepted and asked for the salad to be redone. When Phumzile brought the salad i noticed that the carrots, carrots and cucumbers looked much fresher, i removed those to find that it was the same old lettuce from the previous bowl. Have said all this i was simply dissapointed and lost for words. Ushaka Spur and i will probably never go back there again. #allfaithlost
