Pizza late once again - 40 minutes of free?

Once again my online order was late from the Verulam store by 1 and a half hours. The manager on duty would not even hear me when I brought up the 40 minute promise (40 minutes or its free) even though I am within the 5km zone and above R50...

This is not the first time I have had a late delivery from the store, and it certainly wont be the last...
