I went to McDonalds Diepkloof Mall on Friday morinng hoping to get something to eat before going home. When I got there the person that was supposed to take my order told me that there was something wrong woth the system and I would have to wait for 10 minutes. Then drove to the following window to find out where i should park, the lady there was very rude and when I asked her how long will it take for the system to be fine again she said 30 minutes. Ifound that very strange and asked her why is it the the guy told me 10 minutes and she is saying 30 minutes. She answered saying that, that is what she knows and then shut the window in my face and pulled a zap sign. I told her that I would reports the incident and she didn't even bother to apologize or even seem bothered by that. I will never ever set foot at that McDonald. If that is the kind of service that we are paying for??? Then I'd rather get something else.
