This is now the second morning that I came to KFC in Durbanville, Cape Town to get breakfast. The first morning (31.03.13) I just turned around and left because I've waited 15mins to be helped and there was only one person before me in the queue.
Today (01.0413.) its he same. Both Cornelia and the take away guy, Bulelani held conversation with 2 customers while serving them coffee. Once again I found myself waiting almost 15 minutes to be help and when I got helped eventually I got attitude from Cornelia.
Futhermore I had to wait another 15mins for the chicken to get done while my coffee was getting cold and to top that she got my order wrong.
i'm sure that I'm not the only person who feels like this bout the cusyomer service at this place. And when you correct the people on the mistakes they make, the speak with each other bout the customer.
