Cold food, cold coffee, burnt bacon

Hi

We have ordered breakfast from this establishment, and have had the worst service ever, firstly we placed the order at 8.30, and after we were promised that it would be delivered within 40 mins, we only received it 2hours later when they are only 10mins away.
We had to make numerous phonecalls to them asking about the status of the delivery and the manager (Bongani) told us that it will take another 15 mins, at this stage it was already 10.15, and he was very nonchalant about it.
When the food eventually got here it was cold, the bacon was burnt to a crisp, the coffee was now ice coffee, and thats not what we ordered, even the cutlery was melted.
people should not be ordering from this Wimpy, as we are very unhappy customers.
