KFC Disgusting Service

I went to purchace a meal at KFC Westgate mall on Saturday 23rd March, and i paid with my banking card. The cashier who served me swiped my card twice. first time she said the card was denied and swiped again. i received my meal and went home. on my way home my phone went off twice and KFC deducted the meal twice. i went the afternoon to KFC and complained and the manager told me that the matter would be solved on the Monday 25th March. i had to contact them again on several occasions and they told me that they were waiting on their head office whom will be calling me. Head office phoned me on Thursday 28th March and told me that KFC only put the complaint through on Thursday. this is very frustrating because it is not my problem as my money was deducted twice, and now i need to follow up every day. Today 31st March i have still not received any news regarding my complaint. i even had to go to the bank to get a statement and handed it in to KFC with my till slip. this is unacceptable as i am waiting on them forever to get my money back. Please i urgently need them to give me my money back.
