Oach found on bakery goods

Hilst deciding what baked good to purchase i noticed a cockroach walking on the cinnamon buns. to my horror i called the bakery staff to notify them, the lady busy kneading dough blatenly ignored me telling another lady to assist me, who then tells another lady to assit, this lady then walks right passed me to the other section of the bakery ignoring my call. i then pulled out my cell and took pics of this creature on the goods. i went to the assistant manager and complained he then appologised and rushed off to the bakery area.at the cashier there were only 2 till opened, the lady @ the opened till told us we cant swipe our cards & directed us 2 another cashier.when asked if she was opened she picked up her sign and pointed it 2 us saying 'closed'and continued to chat with the next teller.we asked for assistance she said her speed point did not work, then clicked her toungue at us and mentioned something in zulu to the teller next to her. i did not get her name but it was the 1st teller at the end of the line closest to the managers office and crockery section. i would have not complained if it had not been for the pathetic service recieved form that cashie
