I need to raise the following concern with KFC Canal Walk. After giving KFC Canal Walk numerous attempts to improve their quality of food, they have failed to deliver. On a weekly basis we used to order from your store, if not the Streetwise 2, to the Colonel burgers and wraps, we found the chicken to be greasy, the chips would become so cold and the worse of all is that we reside in Century City and does not even take us 2 minutes to drive home. We spend so much money and for what, it is not for the service and neither for the quality of food. I hope that you may be able to shed some light on this for us.
