Chips are too thick like wedges

I went into the Fournos Bakery for lunch today and ordered a packet of chips, I was amazed to be handed a packet of potatoe wedges, i thought this was a mistake and asked one of the ladies that worked there what was going on (as i had purchased chips there numerous times before and they looked normal), and i was told that Fournos used to order ready cut chips before but now they cut the potatoes themselves. In future please dont cut costs at the customers expense, as if i wanted wedges i would have gone somewhere else
