I went to chicken licken Hatfield (Pretoria) today, the 06th feb 2013 at around 17: 20 and placed an order for 2 hot wings meal 8. I waited so long that everyone who came in after me, got their orders and left whilst i was still waiting for my order. when I enquired with the lady who called out orders that are ready, she told me that she doesn't know why my order was delayed but i overheard the two ladies who i assume are the cooks telling her that they have overlooked the receipt with my order. it took them 3 minutes to prepare an order that i waited for, for almost 30 minutes. No one bothered to apologise instead i was given bad attitude for telling them that they have poor customer service.
based on the number of complaints about your frontline staff at your branches. i really think you need to give them a wake up call so they can appreciate the jobs they have. most people right now will do anything to get a job and if your frontline staff cannot appreciate that, then they need to be given the boot.
the service i got from your staff today was appaling to say the least.
