There is a woman who works at the KFC in Douglasdale who is always is a great mood, gives everyone service with a smile. Always! Her name is Fikile. She used to work at the KFC in Fourways so I have seen her for years and she has always been the same. She is an asset to KFC and true measure of customer excellence.
