While parked at the drive thru 3 tall towers of blue crates (with burger buns) that was kept outside near that pay window fell all over my vehicle. The crates had ripped of the whole right hand side of my rear bumper, dented the front and rear fender, and scratched the back right door, front right door, back left door and the whole roof of the vehicle. Damages are extensive. Lucky Zulu requested me to get 3 quotes and i have been driving around endlessly trying to get free quotes and supplied these to them last month, turns out Lucky was transferred and didnt even bother to refer the matter further or even inform me. Andries Soko from head office has been non the better, he took the easy way out and made me deal with his insurance directly: Justice Mazula at Proloss. i have sent email after email and and getting nowhere. seems no one is concerned to ever get back to me or pay for my damage which is almost R15000. Absolutely Pathetic... almost 20 emails, and 10 visits to macdonalds later and absolutely nothing. Why did they make me get the quotes if they were not going to pay. I have never been so disgusted. I want my car repaired and i want to be compensated accordingly for travel.
