A customer/policy holder from Etana Insurance bumped into my car on 4 June 2012. The insured caused damaged to my vehicle right front door and fender. I took up the matter with Etana Insurance and they requested several documents: Accident scetch, ID, drivers licence, repair quotes, a letter "No Claims" letter from my insurance... I have been incontact with Nadene Buys (who by the way is hardly ever available) and the only response I am getting is to submit my document to either [Email Removed] or [Email Removed] I have sent my document over and over again but I never get any reply.
I have now sold my car last month and I am simply looking to recover the money owed to me as I lost it during the trade-in of the vehicle due to the damage.
