My wifes Kombi was bumped and the accessor referred us to Auto Magic. The damage was accessed and a quote given.
When we received the vehicle back, there was a major blemish on the back, the rear door did not align and after complaining upon receipt of the vehicle we were told to return it to be fixed.
When we went to collect the vehicle the second time, absolutely nothing was done and we were told that the rear door could not be aligned because there are damage on the side of the vehicle that was incured by the same accident and he did not quote to repair and therefore he cannot align the door. The blemish was also still there.
He therefore quoted for the work, although he should know that he cannot fix the damage on the side because he have not got the right tools for it.
Now he blames my wife for not scrutenizing the quote. What the does she know about codes used on the quote? The bottom line is that he took our money knowing that he could not do a proper job, and how did the blemish get past their quality inspection before delivery? He still had the odacity to say no one showed him the damage on the side. For peetsake he did the quote.
