In February, I made a booking to host a 30th Birthday dinner on 23/03/2013. After setting the menu I was quoted accordingly. I then noticed the prices on the website were different and was over charged. When I eventually received a reply with the revised quote, one of the meals were removed without my consent.
Some of our guests requested the Lamb dish and Creme Brulee, they were advised that the restaurant did not have stock and that the chefs were not informed. The chicken was bland, tasted like water and steak was served cold. Food took 90 minutes to be served. On 23/03/2013, the manager was to oversee all the preparations of which she showed little involvement. We later had another member of staff take over as the manager was preoccupied the entire evening with another table. Not once did ANYONE come to our table of 20 GUESTS and ask if the food/service etc was alright? When we received the bill, we were overcharged for the snack platters. This has created an embarrassment on me with our friends, family and guests for selecting such an inconsiderate venue to host a milestone birthday. This will never be erased from our memories all thanks to the ignorant staff you employ!
