Poor customer service

Mugg and bean is one of my favourite restaurants but i was very dissapointed in the service that i experienced at the Menlyn Mall. The waitress was not interested in giving us our preffered seats (couches) even when the Restaurant was half empty. She said the couches are for bigger families but other customers (a couple) occupied that seat later on. She also was not interested in giving us plastic bags for the doggy bag claiming that the Restaurant has ran out of them, until we later could see that other customers are being given plastic bags. She then defended herself saying the Manager got the plastic bags from a nearby restaurant of which it was a clear since we then showed her the Mugg and bean printings on the plastic bags. We also showed the" floor Manager" (the gentleman who moved around asking if customers are okay) a cockroach which was moving close to our table and he promised to make it up to us but could only offer to move us to another seat. It was overall a disappointing service!
