Not supplying the goods at the window

Ordered food, for 4 people. I was not supplied my cheese on both my zinger burgers ordered, nor was I supplied the drinks that came with. This is not the first time that this branch has done this. Complaining to the manager doesn't help either as she says she will fix it and never does! Also this branch never seems to have any chilli salt!!! How am I suppose to eat your cold chips without this???

I have had enough and am going to lay a charge of! As this is what it is.
