Went to meet up with a friend of mine at Rhapsody's Brooklyn Bridge. She ordered a vegetable lasagna and I had a salad. Her lasagna came and you could see right away that it did not look the way lasagna should look. She enjoyed the first few mouthfuls - she said it was lovely, really nice. BUT the next mouthful she took was ice cold!!!
When we asked the waiter, he assured us that it came from the oven and not the microwave. The manager on duty came to our table and assured us of the same. I've watched enough cooking shows, and eaten enough lasagna's to know the difference between microwaved lasagna and oven baked lasagna. And what she had was DEFINITELY without a doubt microwaved lasagna!!! The restaurant was not even busy!!!
Talk about a lazy chef!!! I'd love to see you in the ring with Gordon Ramsay!!!
I will never set foot in Rhapsody's Brooklyn ever again.
