This is the last straw!!! I went to this Branches drive through on Thursday evening where I was met by a very rude attendant! after she eventually got my order right (1 x zinger tower rounder meal, 1 x regular rounder meal with extra cheese, and 2 x oreo crushers) I then paid via debit card, when I arrived at home and opened my packet of ice cold kfc! yes ice cold! I found out that the rounder I ordered for my wife with extra cheese had absolutely no cheese! which I had paid for, My zinger tower rounder looked like it had been put through a washing machine before it was packaged and guess what! it was just a regular tower rounder, not a zinger one like I had ordered! the cherry on top! I poured my chips out onto my dinner plate to find 2 bitten off finger nails mixed in with my chips!!! At thie sight of this I took my whole dinner plate burger and all and emptied it into the rubbish bin!! This is the third time that I have had issues with this KFC Branch and it will be the last! I will never ever again choose KFC! and I will go out of my way to stop and inform other patrons of this disgusting experience I had! I have spoken to the manager who was far less than helpful!
