I went to kfc vaal mall on 19-03-2013 at 17:15. Placed my order at the drive-through, when i got to the pick up window i was given an incorrect order. I told the lady they made a mistake and asked her to please correct the order. She asked me to park in the parking lot while they correct it. I told her i was in a hurry and asked if it would take long to which she assured me it wouldn't. 15 minutes later and nothing so i went inside and asked what was happening. To my disgust, nothing was happening. They had just forgotten about my order or simply couldn't care less about it. I told them how terrible the service was and they couldnt even care to give me a proper apology. I will never be using kfc vaal mall again. Totally disgusting!
