My initial complaint still remains unsolved. Had received a phone call on Monday and did re-emphasize my complaint. I've also picked up corporate complacency from the individual who called me. My best guess is they could not care less about people complaining on. Wait till they start loosing significant market share, then maybe they would wake up some day and start to realize what is going on around them. But ag shame, wished I checked out there stats before I complained. Freakin farly, they are really nowhere when it comes to customer satisfaction. I still won't support them anymore.
