I bought zinger wings on friday night which I was not satisfied with the quality, and the next day I logged a customer complaint with their customer care at 13:13 and at 13:15 I received an email notification on my complaint and an hour later I received a call again from their call center to discuss the contents of my complaint and was informed that the complaint will be escalated to the branch and should expect a call from them, true to their word at 18:57 I received a call from the branch manager (Mpho) who apologised for the inconvinience and offered to replace my purchase after explaining of course the process that goes on from start to finish and promised to take all the necessary measures to make sure the incident never happenss again. It is really pleasing to see that there are still store managers who still care about customer service, keep up the good work KFC.
