I requested Telkom to move my Bussiness landline to a premises I was moving to
on the 1st June 2013.I received an sms to say my phone would be moved on
the 31May Friday last week. That Friday nothing happened, but the help desk
said that it would happen first thing Monday morning. The day went by and nothing
happened but early Tuesday it would be done. Tueday and no sign of Telkom.
My business needs its telephone. I used to work for them and those days a
bussinesss telephone took prioty. They don't seem to care anymore???
Then they wonder why they are loosing so much market share.
