On Friday the 29 March i called Wimpy in the moring placing an oder for breakftast and it took me more that an hour to get through to them, undertood as it was probably mornign rush of clients and then i placed an order at about 09h30 for a toasted egg, bacon and cheese sandwich and a toasted cheese and tomatoe with egg sandwich with Issac and i emphasised my order THREE TIMES and then we waited almost two hours for our oder to be delivered not to mention that Chillilane Wimpy is just down the road from us, when they got here at somethign past eleven guess what on top of the fact that our oder was cold and two hours late, our oder was incorrect the sandwiches did not include the egg as i had requested and it was charged on the slip, I immediately called them and told them to come and collect their food as by then it was two hours late, the food was cold, and the order was wrong i find that very appauuling as i have had such incedents with Wimpy but kept giving them the benefir of the doubt, but now i have had it with Wimpys service as we pay good money for this food and then get such service? its absolutely nausiating jus the mere though of it im UTTELY DISAPPOINTED
