On Saturday 09/03/2013 a group of us (10) went to Brazen head Fox street in Johannesburg cbd. When it was time to order, almost all the things we wanted were not available, firstly there was only one lamb curry left and there was only one oxtail left. When the oxtail came, firstly it was given to the person who ordered lamb curry and there was one piece of oxtail in the bowl which was supplemented by beef cubes.
Since I couldnt trust the stews and curries I decided to order a gourmet beef burger (R69) with wedges, what was brought to me was smaller than a McDonalds cheese burger, there was nothing gourmet about it.
We then ordered beers and were given frozen heinekens, and when we brought this to the managers attention she was very rude about it telling us "have those beers, they are free anyway" instead of acknowledging their mistake and sorting it out as the manager.
I still have a groupon bought for this place but I have no intention of going back there, will rather forfeit the amount paid for the groupon then be treated like that again.
